True to size. Order usual size. If your a size 9 order a size 9, a size 10 order a size 10 etc.

We offer free USPS Shipping on USA orders over $100. Once shipped orders typically take 3-6 days to deliver.
Size Exchange
We will gladly accept exchanges on fresh + unworn sandals, do not charge any re-stocking fee, and just ask for you to cover shipping back to us one way. To confirm an exchange please send us an email to jorge@mazatlifootwear.com.

Care Guide
Follow these instructions to take care of your Mazatli's and maximize their life-span:
- Do not leave your sandals in extreme heat (e.g. hot car) and intense direct sun exposure for durations ( e.g. sunny porch). Our ultracloud Soletech® memory foam footbeds can warp if left exposed in these environments.
- To clean your Mazatlis, handwash with a brush, water, and your favorite eco-friendly soap! Let them dry in a shaded environment or briefly in the sun. Do not machine wash.
- To keep your Velcro® heel-strap long lasting, remove grit and debris from heel-strap by scrubbing with a plastic brush.
Mazatli Warranty
Mazatli Footwear are USA assembled of the highest quality domestic and foreign components.
Mazatli Footwear sandals come with our Mazatli Warranty for the lifetime of their soles. If your sandal sole or straps break from any defective manufacturing during this sole lifetime, we will either repair or replace them for free.
